Who is Samraggnee?
Samraggnee’s story begins in India, where her early ambition led her to pursue aerospace engineering in London at just 17. Alongside her studies, she worked in restaurants in a world that awakened her deep passion for food, hospitality, and meaningful human connection.
Her career first unfolded in the aviation industry, where she gained precision, discipline, and strong leadership. Yet her love for food remained constant, silently guiding her toward a more soulful and creative journey, one that would later inspire the essence of Rooh Nuremberg.
Germany became the place where her identity matured both personally and professionally. Its rich and diverse culinary landscape gave her the freedom to blend structure with imagination, a philosophy that now shapes the heart of Rooh Nuremberg, where tradition meets innovation in every detail.
Today, as the Founder of Rooh Nuremberg, Samraggnee brings together everything she has experienced, engineering discipline, aviation leadership, and a lifelong devotion to food, to create a fine-dining destination where stories, flavors, and emotions come together in harmony.
