Samraggnee’s journey is one of passion and precision. Born in India, she moved to London at 17 to study aerospace engineering. Alongside her studies, she worked in restaurants, where her love for food and hospitality began to flourish.
Her career started in aviation, an industry that shaped her discipline, leadership, and eye for detail. But food remained her way of bringing people together. Germany, with its blend of culinary openness and respect for tradition, became the natural home for her dream.
Rooh is the culmination of this journey: a fine dining restaurant where Samraggnee’s story is infused into every plate, every flavor, and every guest experience.
