Who is Samraggnee?

Samraggnee’s story begins in India. At just 17, she moved to London to study aerospace engineering, driven by ambition and curiosity. Alongside her studies, she worked in restaurants, where she was drawn to the energy of hospitality, the rhythm of kitchens, and the way food brings people together. Those early experiences quietly laid the foundation for what would later become one of the best restaurants in Nuremberg.

Her professional career first took shape in the aviation industry, a world that taught her precision, discipline, and leadership. Even then, her connection to food never faded. It remained a constant presence, slowly guiding her toward a more creative path, one rooted in culture, storytelling, and emotion.

Germany became the place where everything came together. Its diverse and dynamic culinary scene gave her the space to combine structure with imagination, allowing her to shape a dining concept where tradition and innovation exist side by side. This philosophy would go on to define one of the best restaurants in Nuremberg.

Today, as the Founder of Rooh, Samraggnee brings together every chapter of her journey, engineering logic, aviation discipline, and a lifelong love for food, to create a space where each detail has meaning and every dining experience feels personal and soulful.
